PHILOSOPHY of business
To achieve our objective we will align our interests with those of our clients. We will do away with transaction charges and move to profit sharing or flat fee. We do not want to make money for ourselves by churning the investments at the cost of the client's interest. Instead we prefer to profit sharing so that we make money when you make money. From clients perspective churning incurs not only transaction costs but exit loads and STT and capital gain tax.
Our Mission
Our objective is to provide superior financial results to our clients. Over a medium to long time period, the RESULTS from our advisory services should be far better than provided by private banks. The Returns should be better than the benchmarks i.e. sensex or crisil bond index (of course after the cost).
Our Team
20 years of experience in investment advisory services
Sanjay has 20 years of experience in investment advisory services. He has worked with ABN AMRO and Kotak Mahindra Bank for 10 years. He started as Investment Advisor with ABN AMRO bank and continued with ABN AMRO for 2.5 years. After his successful stint at ABN AMRO, he Joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as Relationship Manager and later on headed Privy League for Gurgaon. He quit Kotak to start out on his own. Sanjay has done MBA from Birla Institute of Management Tech., Noida and Diploma in investment and risk management from IIM Banglore.
15 years of experience in Financial industry
Shagun has 18 years of experience in Financial industry. She started her career with DBS Cholamandalam Wealth Management Pvt Ltd (PCG) and later on joined Kotak Life Insurance. She quit Kotak life insurance in early 2013 and joined us. She has done MBA from BIMM, Pune in 2008.

Professor of Electronics and Nanoengineering and EPSRC Research Fellow
Ravinder is Professor of Electronics and Nanoengineering and EPSRC Research Fellow. He is the leader of Bendable Electronics and Sensing Technologies (BEST) group and currently he is also the director of Electronics Systems Design Centre (ESDC). His research group conducts fundamental research on high-mobility materials based flexible electronics, electronic skin, and wearable systems and their application in robotics, prosthetics and healthcare. He has published more than 250 research papers in reputed journals and peer reviewed international conferences, 12 patents (including 7 submitted), 4 books (including 3 in progress), and several book chapters. He is President-Elect and Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Sensors Council. He is serving on the Editorial Boards of Scientific Reports (Nature Group) and IEEE Sensors Journal. He is editor of 'Flexible and Large-Area Electronics' elements series by Cambridge University Press. He has been guest editor for 7 Special Journal Issues. Professor Dahiya holds EPSRC Fellowship and received Marie Curie Fellowship and Japanese Monbusho Fellowship in past. He was awarded with the University Gold Medal for First Class First Position in the University. He received the 2016 IEEE Sensors Council Technical Achievement Award, and the 2016 Microelectronic Engineering (Elsevier) Young Investigator Award. In 2016, he was also included in the 40UNDER40 in Scotland. He received 2 best paper awards as author, 2 second best paper awards as co-author and 1 third best paper award as co-author (all in different IEEE conferences).
